Dear Chase Bank,

Last night, at approx. 5:45pm, I sat down with a banker to close some accounts. By 6:05pm, your excellent and kind employee had consolidated all of the funds in those accounts, issued a final withdrawal, and confirmed that while 3 of 4 accounts were immediately closed, the 4th would close today, with no further action needed on my part.

At 9pm last night, I received an alert from my budget tracking application, indicating that you charged me a $10 fee on the account that is to be closed TODAY.

Thanks for doing your very best to screw me right up until the very end!
